Frequently Asked
Click a question to expand. We use plain language, respectful names and pronouns, and transparent expectations.
What does “welcoming and inclusive” mean in practice?
Staff and students treat everyone with respect. We use the name and pronouns you share. We intervene if behavior crosses boundaries. Facilities and policies reflect inclusion (e.g., restrooms, changing options, attire). You can focus on training—not educating others.
